The Role

Lead development of advanced battery anode technology. This role focuses on managing product development for the Eindhoven facility, overseeing product backlog prioritization, coordinating agile project execution, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Manage product backlog prioritization and agile project execution

• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and align objectives

• Oversee budgets and timelines for product development

• Guide PECVD thin-film processing innovation

• Facilitate external partnerships and collaborations

• Champion data-driven decision making through characterization analysis and process modeling

• Support intellectual property generation

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of outcomes

Requirements

• Required: MSc or higher in Materials Science or Applied Physics

• 5+ years project management experience (minimum 2 years agile methodology)

• Demonstrated track record developing products using complex physical/chemical processes

• Deep knowledge of thin films and material characterization

• Fluent English proficiency

Nice to Have

• PECVD processing experience

• Lithium-ion battery technology knowledge

• Anode manufacturing background

• Data-driven decision-making affinity
