Lead Engineer (Ultrasonic Inspection)

As a Lead Engineer at SINTEG Systems, you will take a key role in the development of advanced inspection systems for composite materials. You will oversee technical aspects of system design and integration, from hardware and software development to experimental validation and product implementation. Responsibilities include leading design, development, and integration of hardware and software components; developing algorithms for guided wave and acoustic inspection systems; designing and executing laboratory and field validation tests; supervising engineers and interns; collaborating with business teams on technical development alignment; and contributing to IP development and technology strategy.
