The Role

Join as a Senior Backend Engineer to drive technical decisions shaping teams, products, and business outcomes. The position offers substantial autonomy in converting strategic goals into technical implementations, designing complex systems, and mentoring junior staff.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop features delivering measurable business value

• Transform high-level objectives into technical roadmaps independently

• Navigate trade-offs between complexity, ROI, user impact, and speed-to-market

• Provide technical guidance to peers on challenging problems

• Direct architecture and design discussions emphasizing performance, security, and sustainability

• Deliver results affecting product and business performance metrics

• Coach junior and mid-level engineers through collaboration and constructive feedback

• Strengthen team culture by disseminating knowledge and elevating engineering excellence

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Required: 6+ years developing with strongly typed languages (TypeScript, Java, .NET, PHP)

• Demonstrated initiative, complex problem-solving, and execution in uncertain contexts

• Strong API and cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS preferred)

• CI/CD and DevOps pipeline experience

• Ability to decompose complex challenges into concrete solutions

• Analytical thinking with product-oriented decision-making

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork capabilities

• English fluency
