The Role

Maritime Robotics seeks a commercially-driven Product Manager to lead their Mariner class sea drones from concept to market success. This role requires balancing technical excellence with commercial viability while working across organizational boundaries.

What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for Mariner and Mariner X sea drones

• Conduct continuous market and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities

• Translate market insights into clear, prioritized, and commercially viable product requirements

• Bridge organizational gaps across technology, sales, marketing, operations, and service teams

• Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging with sales and marketing

• Define and monitor product success metrics (KPIs)

• Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Required: BSc or Master's degree in design or engineering (extensive work experience may substitute)

• Industrial experience and autonomous technology knowledge

• Strong communication and team engagement abilities

• Deep technology insight combined with commercial focus

• Holistic view of product portfolio and market demands

• Strategic team player fostering safety and collaboration

• Strong organizational skills with focus on efficiency and cost optimization
