This Business Development position focuses on expanding Harmattan AI's footprint in Poland's defense market, establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue.
What You'll Do
Strategic Growth & Business Development:

Identify opportunities with Polish defense entities and partners

Execute targeted business strategies for measurable revenue growth

Manage opportunity pipelines using market and competitive analysis
Sales & Client Engagement:

Implement comprehensive sales strategies
-
Build and maintain client/partner relationships in the region

Conduct compelling product demonstrations communicating the value and capabilities
-
Collaborate on marketing campaigns and lead generation
-
Analyze sales data and market trends
-
Coordinate across R&D, product, and supply chain teams
-
Report performance metrics to executives
Stakeholder & Government Relations:

Cultivate relationships with operators and high-ranking officials
-
Represent the company at significant meetings and industry events
Requirements
-
Required: Minimum 3+ years in defense sector business development or sales

Familiarity with advanced defense technologies
-
Demonstrated ability to close complex deals

Strong understanding of defense procurement processes

Exceptional communication skills
