The Role

We are looking for a creative thinker with excellent English writing and research skills to join as a full-time Content Writer on our Content Marketing team (part of the Go-To-Market Team).

You will:

• Create and edit copy for a variety of projects, including product ads, use cases, blog articles, social media posts, creative digital marketing campaigns, ebooks, print, web, mobile, and video scripts
• Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager, Sales, and R&D teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and convey messages
• Immerse yourself in our product and craft attractive messaging tailored for each client’s industry
• Explain complex technological matters in a simple, comprehensible way

Key Responsibilities

• Research and understand client needs and target audiences through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with internal experts, and in-person meetings with the R&D team
• Write attractive content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into clear messaging
• Research, outline, write, and edit content from concept to delivery, including:
  • Case studies, reports, and success stories
  • Blog articles and landing pages
  • Video scenarios and narratives
  • Collaterals, sales materials, UX writing
  • Social media ads and Google ads
  • Translations, tutorials, webinars, presentations
  • Content for trade shows and conferences
• Work closely with various departments (Management, Sales, Development, Data Science) to convert trends and learnings into engaging content

Work Model

• Full-time position based in Warsaw, Poland
  • Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in Poland
• Hybrid position – possibility of working from home, with regular office work expected

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline, or in a relevant technical field
• 3–4 years of professional copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of effective content writing samples
• Experience with marketing campaigns, SEO, headless CMS, content modeling, managing social media, storytelling, keyword search, and proofreading
• C2-level English fluency (oral and written) – preferably a native speaker
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional information research and analysis skills

• Experience working with engineering teams to improve user experience (design, UX writing, UI)
• Ability to create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
• Proven experience in a technical field such as software development, computer science, or engineering (especially AI-related)
• B2B marketing experience in a tech company
