Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience on similar position

• Knowledge of networks implementation and configuration

• Familiarity with Linux command line

• Familiarity with the OSI model (focus on L2/L3 layer)

• Experience in computer and network hardware replacement, configuration, and assembly

• Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Well-organized and detail-oriented

• Good English skills (spoken and written)

Additional Advantages:

• Bare metal servers

• Firewall, router, switch

• Knowledge about technologies:

• Linux (administration)

• Docker

• K8s

• Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, KVM/QEMU)

• Scripting in Bash

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in networking and server room hardware

• Motivation to expand knowledge of back-office systems (e.g. LDAP, DNS)

• Interest in working with next-generation servers and 5G/6G radio technologies

• University degree (or final year student) in one of the following domains: wireless, telecommunications, computer science, electronics

• CCNA Certificate

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the 5G/6G network laboratory infrastructure

• End-user device provisioning (including OS installation, VPN configuration)

• First and second line technical support for internal users and systems

• Maintenance of inventory records for 5G/6G lab and data center equipment, including servers, network hardware, SFP transceivers, and fiber optic cables

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
