Senior Project Delivery Manager

Senior Project Delivery Manager to take full ownership of complex implementation and operational projects for government, institutional, and commercial clients. Responsibilities include driving company strategy implementation, leading software/hardware/data-delivery projects, defining/aligning project scope with stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners, building relationships with customer stakeholders (including European sites like Germany), planning and securing resources, identifying/resolving project challenges, ensuring documentation and project closure, and promoting PMO best practices. Requires minimum 3 years as Project Manager in IT/engineering/STEM, experience with grant-funded/commercial projects, strong planning/reporting skills, practical knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies, experience managing strategic partner relationships, fluent English, C1+ German, and MSc/PhD degree. Remote-first with EUR 6,000-7,000 gross/month employment or EUR 48-53 net/hour B2B.
