Ingeniero/a de producción Junior

ARQUIMEA is a technology company operating globally offering innovative solutions in demanding sectors. We're seeking a Junior Production Engineer to improve manufacturing process control and weekly operations efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

• 75% workshop tracking and weekly operations coordination

• Interpret drawings and coordinate deliveries to clients

• Study and monitor project progress

• Production control and KPI management

• Generate weekly factory planning

Required training and competencies:

• Engineering degree

• Lean manufacturing and 5S (desirable)

• Office tools proficiency (Word, Excel, email)

• 2-4 years in industrial environments and operations

• Team management capacity

• Results-oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Proactive, dynamic, positive attitude

• Good communication skills
