Technical Manager Satellite Teleport

ARQUIMEA seeks a Technical Manager Satellite Teleport to lead design, deployment, integration, and validation of the ground segment (RF systems, infrastructure, control and security systems). Project includes a Ku-, Ka-, and C-band teleport in Tenerife for GEO and LEO operations with control center, data center, redundant systems, and security.

Tasks:

• Define and validate ground segment architecture

• Technical supervision of antennas, RF, baseband, IT/data center, SOC/NOC, electrical systems

• Technical equipment specifications and supplier management

• Installation supervision and test execution

• Cybersecurity compliance (ISO 27001, Spanish ENS framework)

• Space segment coordination

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Telecommunications or Aerospace Engineering (satellite systems specialty)

• Ka-band antennas and RF chain experience

• NOC/SOC environment experience

• Mission-critical 24/7 systems integration

• Multi-contractor management ability

• Professional technical English required

• Minimum 10 years ground segment or teleport design/deployment

KPIs:

• CDR-approved technical requirements compliance

• Acceptance tests with no critical non-conformities

• Initial availability ≥99.9%

• On-time operational readiness

Location: Tenerife - Nanotec, hybrid, occasional travel.
