Build and manage a global franchisee acquisition pipeline

Define ICP for conversion and greenfield franchisees

Lead generation activities

Design and execute franchise development process

Lead franchise discovery, diligence and commercial structuring

Closing complex deals where the buyer is making a life or career decision

Direct GTM strategy as Isembard's scale increased

2 years minimum GTM experience

Strong commercial judgment

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and speed

Built a new GTM motion from zero in a start-up or scale-up
