OSL Technology specializes in Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) operations, providing critical infrastructure protection and security solutions for defense and government customers.
The Role
Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure supporting Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS) operations. The role encompasses project delivery for customers, infrastructure administration across sites and cloud environments, and technical optimization of system performance and security.
What You'll Do

Lead customer-facing technical projects, contributing to planning and deployment strategies

Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, and storage systems

Perform system updates, patch management, and monitoring activities
-
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
-
Provide technical support to colleagues and customers with clear communication
-
Implement security best practices and monitor for potential breaches
-
Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and guides
-
Deliver status reports to managers, colleagues, and customers
-
Collaborate across departments to meet business objectives
Requirements
-
Customer-facing technical support experience
-
Server OS proficiency, particularly Linux/Ubuntu installation and configuration
-
Strong networking knowledge including Layer 3, VLANs, STP, and Cisco IOS
-
Virtualization and containerization expertise (Hyper-V, Docker)
-
Database administration with MariaDB, MySQL, or MS SQL
-
Endpoint protection solution knowledge
-
Ability to prioritize competing workloads
-
Excellent written and verbal communication
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
-
Independent and collaborative work ability
-
UK work authorization
-
Security clearance eligibility
Nice to Have
-
Computer Science or IT degree, or equivalent experience
-
Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Entra administration
-
MS Exchange configuration and support experience
-
Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure)
-
Drone detection hardware knowledge (radars, cameras, RF sensors)
