Project Manager - Engineering
Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, define milestones, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring high-quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and adapt to changes swiftly to keep projects on track.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes, provide insights for future projects, and contribute to iCOMAT’s culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications

Proven project manager experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment, ideally within the composites or materials science industry. Technical experience is desired but not required.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

PMP or Prince2 certification is desired but not required.

A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
