Now working with >25 customers (multiple leading OEMs) and earlier this year we completed the largest ever Series A in composites manufacturing (link) to fuel a significant scale-up with growth plans that will see the business multiply in size over the next 2-3 years and expand operations into Europe and the US. The business currently has facilities in Gloucester UK (Factory 1), Bristol UK (Hardware R&D Centre) and in Athens GR (Software R&D Centre). As a Trainee Composite Pre-Preg Laminator, you will support the manufacturing team in the preparation, lay-up, and assembly of high-performance composite components using pre-impregnated (pre-preg) fabric materials. You will learn end – end manufacturing form tooling development and manufacture to the completion of finished components. You will receive full training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to work to strict specifications and high-performance aerospace industry standards.

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Willingness to learn and follow precise instructions.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom and manufacturing environment.

• Good team-working and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work overtime as and when required.
