The Role

This senior executive position focuses on end-to-end operational delivery and continual performance of operational services across the company, encompassing customer deployments, IT infrastructure, program delivery, 24/7 monitoring, and field service engineering.

What You'll Do

• Lead global customer deployments ensuring safety and compliance

• Control timelines, scope, and budgets through the Solution Delivery Team

• Own company IT infrastructure, security, and networking

• Oversee external networking deployment at customer sites

• Lead real-time system monitoring and threat triage

• Manage embedded teams at secure customer sites

• Champion health, safety, and environmental standards

• Ensure ISO9001, ISO14001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and GDPR compliance

• Create and manage operational budgets

• Build and lead multi-disciplinary, geographically distributed teams

• Drive professional development and succession planning

Requirements

• Substantial senior operations experience in software/hardware technology companies

• Program and service delivery to critical infrastructure, defense, or government customers

• Experience establishing operational disciplines in scaling organizations

• Proven leadership of complex technical field service, IT, and 24/7 monitoring operations

• Leadership of cross-functional, geographically distributed teams

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

• PMP, AgilePM, or equivalent project management certification

• Eligibility for UK security clearance (SC or DV)

• Strategic mindset with ability to operate at executive and detail levels

• Excellent communication and knowledge-sharing

Nice to Have

• Master's degree (MBA, MS in Engineering or Operations Management)

• ITIL, ISO27001, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications

• NEBOSH or IOSH health & safety certification
