Skyral Group develops simulation technology for defense training programmes.
The Role
Manage defence training programmes and projects end-to-end while balancing stakeholder needs across internal teams, consortium partners, and government clients. Hybrid, permanent position based in London.
What You'll Do

Define, plan, and deliver projects using Skyral's simulation technology in alignment with customer and strategic objectives

Oversee complete programme lifecycle from requirements through implementation and post-delivery support

Manage complex relationships across internal teams, consortium partners, and clients
-
Ensure delivery meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards with emphasis on risk management
-
Drive continuous improvement in training programme delivery
-
Serve as primary stakeholder contact regarding programme progress and direction
-
Champion Skyral's strategic approach and maintain work share within consortia
Requirements
-
Required: Multiple years in senior programme management, preferably delivering large defence training software projects
-
Strong understanding of complex software delivery programmes
-
Ability to balance competing priorities while advocating for Skyral's interests
-
Commercial experience managing contracts with multiple parties
-
Excellent stakeholder relationship and cross-functional communication skills
-
Minimum SC security clearance eligibility (DV clearance preferred)
-
Must have resided in UK for past 5 years due to security clearance requirements
