About Adarga

Adarga seeks a full stack engineer to join its Product organization, developing AI-driven tools for intelligence analysts in the Defence and National Security sectors. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership across backend and frontend systems.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable software across Adarga's product portfolio

• Collaborate with ML engineers, product specialists, and domain experts on AI tools

• Transform complex user requirements into production-grade solutions

• Own features from design through deployment and monitoring

• Shape platform architecture for performance and modularity

• Partner with stakeholders to refine product requirements

Requirements

• Required: 4+ years software development (Python, Go, C++, or similar)

• Strong React and JavaScript/TypeScript expertise

• Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases

• Docker/Kubernetes or container orchestration experience

• Machine learning application experience

• Familiarity with AI development tools

Interview Process

Three stages: 30-minute phone interview (remote), 1-hour technical interview (remote/in-person), 1-hour final interview (onsite).

Security

Candidates may require UK Security Vetting (UKSV) clearance upon appointment.
