The Role
Support or lead electrical power systems design for spacecraft missions. Design power converters, regulation circuits, and filters for satellite applications.
What You'll Do

Design and analyze electrical power systems for spacecraft

Develop power converters, regulation circuits, and filters
-
Conduct design reviews ensuring requirements compliance
-
Collaborate with external electronics and magnetics providers
-
Work with multidisciplinary teams (software, FPGA, mechanical, thermal engineers)
-
Create comprehensive test plans for power supplies
-
Lead projects and manage engineering teams based on experience level
Requirements
-
Required: MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
-
3+ years designing power supplies including circuits, regulation, and PCB implementation
-
Proficiency with SPICE simulators for converter analysis
-
Knowledge of isolated and non-isolated converter topologies
-
Magnetics design and implementation experience
-
Component and system-level testing expertise
-
Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
-
Fluent English
Nice to Have
-
Passion for advanced space technology
-
Experience with resonant converter topologies
-
EMC/EMI design knowledge
-
Familiarity with industry electronic design software
