Its core product is the VSP platform family: modular smallsat buses in 50kg, 150kg and 300kg configurations, each engineered for serial production and constellation deployment. Six VSP-150 satellites have been successfully launched and are operating in orbit, hosting both optical and RF sensing payloads. The VSP-50 draws on the same subsystems architecture as the VSP-150 while supporting payloads in any orientation.

Aerospacelab serves both commercial and institutional customers, with contracts including navigation satellites for Xona Space Systems, space surveillance satellites for Vyoma, a partnership with JAXA via Mitsui Bussan Aerospace, and selection as a supplier for MDA Space's AURORA supply chain. The company is building a satellite megafactory near Charleroi capable of producing up to 500 satellites per year, with full production capacity expected by 2027. In August 2025 it closed a €94 million Series B round, bringing total funding raised to €134 million.
