What is the role?

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about numbers? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to advance your career in a thriving and supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to become an integral member of our finance team, where you will be empowered to contribute directly to our company's financial health and growth. As a Accountant, you will be responsible for all day-to-day accounting activities.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Responsible for accounting daily operations

• Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, fixed assets and variance analysis

• Responsible for tax compliance and reporting to institutions

• Provide assistance to external auditors

• Work closely with the accounting team and partially with the CFO

What do we look for?

• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in the field of accounting

• Excellent computer skills on MS Office

• Excellent knowledge and experience with ERP, accounting software and databases would be considered as a strong advantage

• Understanding and knowledge of IFRS and tax legislation

• Good time-management skills

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• BS or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
