The company makes two things: hardware and a service. On the hardware side, it produces modular CubeSat platforms, microsatellites and individual avionics modules — power systems, onboard computers, radios and antennas — which customers buy to build their own missions. On the service side, EnduroSat offers a fixed-cost Space Service that takes a customer from mission concept to operational orbit in roughly six months, handling payload integration, launch and ongoing operations on the customer's behalf.

In late 2025, EnduroSat opened a new 188,000-square-foot Space Center in Sofia purpose-built to manufacture its FRAME series of ESPA-class satellites at industrial scale. The facility is equipped with RF labs, clean rooms and space qualification hardware. The company employs approximately 300 people across offices in Sofia, Toulouse, Berlin, Naples, Luxembourg and Denver.
