The Role
We are seeking an Operations & HR Manager to join our Prague team.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment

Execute complete recruitment from job description creation through talent acquisition

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Coordinate internal communications and company events (town halls, newsletters, team building)
-
Support managers with people-related challenges including retention and team dynamics
-
Build relationships with educational institutions for employer branding
Payroll & Finance
-
Prepare payroll and collaborate with accounting departments
-
Generate financial reports and management insights
-
Monitor and administer financial flows
Operations & Legal
-
Manage contracts, GDPR compliance, insurance, and legal documentation
-
Administer IT systems (Microsoft 365, Flexibee, Sloneek)
-
Establish and update internal processes and policies
-
Oversee Office Manager and coordinate office operations including supplies, maintenance, and facilities
Strategic Work
-
Design scalable processes supporting company growth
-
Identify and resolve backoffice inefficiencies
-
Deliver analytics and reporting for management decision-making
Requirements
-
HR or Operations experience, preferably in startup/scaleup environments
-
Knowledge of employment contract types (full-time, part-time, freelance)
-
Professional English communication skills
-
Proactive problem identification before issues escalate
-
Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
Ideal Candidate Profile
