The Role
Within the Sales department, focus on optimizing commercial team performance by enhancing processes, maintaining data quality, and providing strategic analysis to guide decision-making.
What You'll Do
-
Monitor commercial KPIs including revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, margins, and acquisition costs
-
Create regular dashboards using CRM, Excel, and BI tools
-
Analyze commercial performance and recommend corrective actions
-
Streamline Sales processes for improved efficiency
-
Manage CRM platform administration covering configuration, support, training, and system improvements
-
Ensure team adoption of tools and established processes
-
Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, CSM, and Finance departments
-
Contribute to quarterly and annual objective planning
-
Identify and assess performance gaps against targets
Requirements
-
Required: Bac+3 to Bac+5 education in commerce, management, finance or Data
-
3+ years experience as Sales Operations or Business Operations professional
-
HubSpot and Power BI Pro proficiency
-
Advanced Excel capabilities
-
Analytical strengths and problem-solving aptitude
-
Quality process implementation experience
-
Strong communication abilities
