Demand Generation Manager - EMEA
This job posting may have expired or been filled. Please check with Filigran directly, or explore other opportunities.
Job Description
First, I need to extract the job description and preserve the original sections and headings. The user mentioned using ### for section headings, so I'll make sure all headings are converted from ## to ###. Also, bullet points should be using - instead of
- or *.
Looking at the original content, there are several sections like "Your Mission", "What We're Looking For", etc. Wait, in the provided content, the sections are labeled as "The Company", "The Role", "Your Responsibilities", "Who You’ll Work With", "Profile We’re Looking For", "Why Join Filigran?", "Compensation & Benefits", "Equal Employment Opportunity", and "Ready to Join Us?". I need to check if these match the user's expected sections. The user mentioned preserving the company's original structure, so I should keep these as they are.
Next, I need to remove any markdown formatting that's not necessary. For example, the navigation elements like the logo and the links to Filigran's site should be stripped. Also, the "Apply Now" button and legal disclaimers at the end should be removed. The user also wants to remove duplicate content, like the title repeated in the body, so I'll check for that.
Looking at the "Your Responsibilities" section, there are bullet points with - and some with •. I need to convert all to - for consistency. Also, the "Who You’ll Work With" section has bullet points with •, which should be changed to -.
In the "Profile We’re Looking For" section, there's a bonus section with •, which again needs to be converted to -.
The "Why Join Filigran?" section has a list with -, which is correct. The "Compensation & Benefits" section is okay. The "Equal Employment Opportunity" section is there, and the "Ready to Join Us?" section should be removed as per the user's instruction to strip "Apply Now" buttons and similar elements.
I also need to ensure that bold text is preserved using bold. For example, in "Your Mission", the text says "create predictable, high-quality pipeline for our sales and partner teams" but in the original, it's in bold. Wait, looking back, the original says "Your main mission is simple: create predictable, high-quality pipeline for our sales and partner teams." So that part should be in bold.
I should check for any duplicate content. The title "Demand Generation Manager - EMEA @ Filigran" is at the top, and then the rest of the content starts with the sections. The user mentioned that if the description already starts with company info, keep it as-is. The original starts with the company info under "The Company" section, so that's okay.
Also, the user wants to remove the navigation elements, headers, footers, etc. The original has a header with the job title and some links, which I need to strip. The first line is "- " and "- ", which are navigation elements. Those should be removed.
Similarly, the "Apply Now" button at the end with the reCAPTCHA links should be removed. The user also mentioned to remove legal/EEO/GDPR disclaimers, so the "Equal Employment Opportunity" section is part of that and should be kept, but the "Ready to Join Us?" section with the apply button should be removed.
Now, putting it all together. I'll start with the sections, converting the headings to ###. Then, each bullet point should use -, and bold text should be preserved. Also, ensuring that the original wording is kept without any reorganization.
Let me go through each section step by step. The "The Company" section is okay. "The Role" becomes "### The Role". The "Your Responsibilities" section has bullet points, which I'll convert to - and ensure bold where needed. The "Who You’ll Work With" section has bullet points with •, so those need to be changed to -. The "Profile We’re Looking For" section has a bonus with •, which should be -.
The "Why Join Filigran?" section has a list with -, which is correct. The "Compensation & Benefits" and "Equal Employment Opportunity" sections are there, but the last section with "Ready to Join Us?" should be removed.
I also need to check for any markdown that's not allowed, like the link. Those are part of the navigation and should be stripped.
Finally, ensuring that the entire content is in markdown format without any JSON or code blocks, just the formatted description. </think>
The Company
Filigran, founded in October 2022, stands out in the cybertech ecosystem for its commitment to revolutionizing cyber threat management with a proactive approach. Its mission is to develop innovative open-source solutions designed to anticipate cyber threats, identify security gaps, and strengthen organizational security posture.
Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.
The Role
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our Growth Marketing team and accelerate how we generate and convert demand for Filigran’s products.
Your main mission is simple: create predictable, high-quality pipeline for our sales and partner teams. You’ll design and run integrated campaigns across digital, events, and partners, and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content to turn our market traction into repeatable growth.
Your Responsibilities
-
Own pipeline targets for specific segments/regions and build a demand generation plan to hit them (campaigns, channels, offers, timings).
-
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, social, webinars, physical events, ABM…) to drive qualified leads and opportunities.
-
Work hand in hand with Sales and BDRs to align on ICP, messaging, lead qualification, routing, SLAs, and follow-up sequences, ensuring no good lead is wasted.
-
Leverage our events strategy (online and physical) to generate demand before, during, and after each event, in close collaboration with the Events and Partnerships teams.
-
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to build strong offers and assets (landing pages, email sequences, nurtures, guides, talks, demos) that convert.
-
Measure performance and report clearly on campaign results (leads, pipeline, revenue impact), and use data to iterate on audiences, messages, and channels.
-
Manage and improve our demand gen stack and processes (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, tracking, lead flows) together with Marketing Ops.
-
Test, learn, and scale what works, from small experiments to programs we can roll out globally with our local and channel teams.
Who You’ll Work With
-
You will report to the Growth Marketing Director.
-
You’ll work closely with:
-
Sales & BDR teams (global and regional) to align on pipeline goals and execution.
-
Product Marketing to position our products for CTI, SOC, and security leaders and to shape the right value propositions.
-
Content & Events to turn campaigns and events into pipeline-generating programs.
-
Partnerships / Channel teams to support demand generation with and through our partners.
-
Marketing Ops to ensure tracking, reporting, and processes are clean and reliable.
-
You may guide external agencies or freelancers (e.g., paid media, design, copy) and help structure the demand gen function over time.
Profile We’re Looking For
-
5+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing (SaaS background preferred).
-
Strong track record running multi‑channel campaigns that create qualified pipeline, not just MQL volume.
-
Comfortable with HubSpot/Salesforce‑type tools, lead flows, and basic reporting.
-
Solid understanding of funnels, ICPs, segmentation, targeting, and conversion levers.
-
Able to work in a remote, async-first environment with clarity and ownership.
-
Hands‑on, pragmatic, and comfortable jumping between planning and execution.
-
Good collaborator: you share context early and avoid surprises for your stakeholders.
-
You're currently based in one of the following countries : France, UK, Spain or Italy.
-
Bonus:
-
Cybersecurity or IT enterprise experience
-
ABM experience
-
Previous exposure to fast-moving, early-stage environments
