Filigran is a French cybertech company founded in September 2022 by Samuel Hassine and Julien Richard. Based in France with offices across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, it builds an open-source eXtended Threat Management (XTM) platform that unifies cyber threat intelligence and exposure validation under one architecture. Its two core products, OpenCTI and OpenAEV, are free to deploy as community editions and licensed as enterprise offerings.
