Job Description

<think> Okay, let me tackle this job description cleanup. The user wants me to preserve the original structure and wording but clean up the markdown formatting.

First, I need to identify the sections as per the company's original structure. The page content starts with the job title and location details, then moves into sections like "The Company," "The Role," "Your Responsibilities," etc.

Looking at the formatting rules, I should use ### for section headings instead of ## or #. The original uses ## for some headings, so I'll adjust those. Also, bullet points should be dashes (-), not

  • or *.

I notice some markdown elements like [Filigran] and link which are probably navigation or page chrome. The user said to strip those out. Also, the "Apply Now" button and legal disclaimers at the end need to be removed.

The original has a section titled "Profile We’re Looking For" with "Required" and "Nice to have" subsections. I need to keep those as-is. The "Why Join Filigran?" section has its own subpoints, which should be formatted with dashes.

I should check for any duplicate content. For example, the company info is already in "The Company" section, so no need to add another "About Us." The user mentioned not to add separate sections if the description starts with company info.

Now, going through each section step by step. The "Location," "Employment Type," etc., are part of the job details, so those should stay. The "The Company" section is there, so I'll keep that.

In the "The Role" section, the original uses bold for certain phrases, which I need to preserve. The bullet points under "Your Responsibilities" should be dashes.

The "Who You’ll Work With" section has bullet points that need to be adjusted. Similarly, the "Profile We’re Looking For" section has subheadings that should be converted to ###.

I need to remove the "Apply Now" link and the reCAPTCHA notice at the end. Also, the "🌍 Equal Employment Opportunity" section should stay, but the "🚀 Ready to Join Us?" part with the apply link needs to be stripped out.

Let me make sure all markdown is normalized. Replace any

  • with -, ensure section headings are ###, and remove any extra formatting. Also, check for any remaining page chrome like the initial links and footers.

Finally, I'll review the entire text to ensure the original structure and wording are preserved, only the formatting is cleaned up. No JSON or code blocks, just the formatted markdown. </think>
