The Role

Join as a Staff/Tech Lead Software Engineer for OpenCTI to drive technical vision while mentoring engineers and collaborating across departments on cybersecurity solutions.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and animate technical discussions within and across teams

• Establish code quality standards and performance benchmarks

• Coach engineers through pair programming and structured feedback

• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives addressing technical challenges

• Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Owners on roadmap planning

• Contribute directly to critical codebase sections and feature development

Requirements

• Required: 10+ years software engineering experience with team mentoring

• Proven SaaS product development and maintenance expertise

• Proficiency in: NodeJS, React, GraphQL, ElasticSearch

• Remote-first, async-first work capability

• Autonomous project ownership with proactive communication

• Strong collaborative approach to team culture
