The Role
Join as a Staff/Tech Lead Software Engineer for OpenCTI to drive technical vision while mentoring engineers and collaborating across departments on cybersecurity solutions.
What You'll Do

Supervise and animate technical discussions within and across teams

Establish code quality standards and performance benchmarks

Coach engineers through pair programming and structured feedback

Facilitate cross-functional initiatives addressing technical challenges

Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Owners on roadmap planning

Contribute directly to critical codebase sections and feature development
Requirements
-
Required: 10+ years software engineering experience with team mentoring

Proven SaaS product development and maintenance expertise

Proficiency in: NodeJS, React, GraphQL, ElasticSearch
-
Remote-first, async-first work capability

Autonomous project ownership with proactive communication

Strong collaborative approach to team culture
