The Role

Serve as the technical expert for the German market, conducting seminars, presentations, and training sessions for distributors and installers.

What You'll Do

• Conduct technical seminars, webinars, and presentations for customers and employees

• Introduce product roadmaps and new features to distributors and installers

• Provide technical training to increase partner knowledge

• Deliver technical consultation and support to key clients

• Conduct competitive market research and analysis

• Build long-term relationships with key partners

• Test product features and develop technical documentation

• Support sales teams with lead follow-up

• Analyze customer needs collaboratively with sales department

Requirements

• Required: Minimum 2+ years in alarm systems, video surveillance, security, or telecommunications

• Strong knowledge of intrusion detection, IP CCTV, and access control systems

• Experience installing or designing security systems

• Public speaking experience (preferred)

• Strong communication abilities

• Willingness to travel for business

• Independent work style and outgoing personality
