Constellr operates thermal infrared satellite constellations providing geospatial intelligence for climate and security applications.
The Role
Geospatial intelligence specialist for the defense division, bridging traditional intelligence analysis with modern satellite imagery exploitation, requiring expertise in multi-source data interpretation and AI/ML tool development.
What You Will Do

Analyse multi-source imagery (satellite, aerial, UAV) and open-source intelligence for defence operations
-
Detect and characterize objects of strategic interest
-
Perform temporal analyses to identify threats
-
Integrate findings with GIS datasets
-
Translate complex intelligence findings into accessible reports for stakeholders
-
Represent the organization in government engagements
Requirements
-
Required: Master's degree in Geospatial Science, Remote Sensing, Geography, or Intelligence Studies
-
5+ years imagery analysis experience in defense/security sectors
-
Proficiency with tools like ArcGIS, QGIS, ENVI, ERDAS Imagine
-
Software development experience (Python preferred)
-
Security clearance eligibility
-
Understanding of EO data types (VNIR, MWIR, LWIR, SAR)
-
Familiarity with defence-specific geospatial standards and data formats
Nice to Have
-
Military/defense agency background
-
Thermal imagery analysis expertise
-
AI/ML solutions experience
-
Prior MOD engagement experience
