About the Role

We are seeking an Electronics Production Engineer to design reliable test procedures and ensure the performance of test equipment used in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain production test equipment, documentation, and procedures.

• Analyse returned products, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

• Provide expert guidance to production and other departments on test procedures, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate test-related changes across engineering and production departments.

We Would Love You to Have

• Technical Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Previous experience in test automation and production testing.

• Experience with PCB CAD software and Python scripts.

• Willingness to undergo a background check. Willingness to relocate to Riga.
