Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings with customers and manage the Senior Account Executive's calendar: scheduling, agenda structure, and keeping priorities tidy.

Be the first line of response to inbound customer inquiries: answer simple questions, clarify missing details (quantities, dimensions, etc.), and ensure fast follow-up according to templates.

Prepare and update customer-facing documents: proposals/quotations based on agreed guidelines and pricing, new documents, and quick edits to existing offers.

Collect technical information from internal teams and share it with customers in a clear, timely way.

Support daily/weekly work planning and tracking (what's due, what needs follow-up).

Handle administrative tasks: forms/signatures, basic internal documentation, and other back-office work.

Support travel planning and preparation; provide back-office support during business trips.

Transfer and maintain information in internal tools/systems and keep records consistent.
Core mission Help sales work run smoothly, ensuring fast customer communication, accurate proposals, and structured calendar/workflow management so sales momentum grows (and stays healthy).
Required superpowers

Strong written communication skills and comfort talking with clients by email (and coordinating internally).

Good organization: you can plan your week, track tasks, and follow through.

Confidence with everyday business tools: Outlook, MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).

English: working proficiency (communication with customers and internal teams).

Comfortable working with multiple systems; experience is a plus, but solid "I learn tools fast" energy is essential.

Reliability and daily availability: even if part-time, you're reachable each working day.
