Responsibilities

Manage the NCR / 8D / CAPA process and ensure structured problem-solving across manufacturing.

Create, maintain, and continuously improve Quality Management System documentation (SOPs, instructions, control plans).

Ensure document traceability, version control, and compliance with internal quality procedures and ISO requirements.

Track, register, and analyze internal NCRs, identify recurring defects, and initiate systemic corrective/preventive actions.

Coordinate customer quality issues and complaints (NCR) investigations and follow-up actions.

Analyze manufacturing quality KPIs (Yield, Rework, Defect rate) and drive improvement initiatives to stabilize and improve results.

Perform internal audits of manufacturing processes, prepare audit reports, and ensure corrective actions after audits are implemented effectively.

Participate in external audits and ensure readiness, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Standardize and document manufacturing processes together with technologists and engineers (SOPs, control plans, key parameters).

Identify process instability areas and support cross-functional teams in eliminating root causes.

Prepare quality reporting and insights for the Head of Manufacturing.
Core mission Build and sustain a structured manufacturing quality system that ensures standardization, traceability, stable KPI performance, and systematic defect reduction, while maintaining compliance with ISO requirements.
Required superpowers

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics / Technology / Engineering (or related).

1–2 years of manufacturing experience (quality, production engineering, process, or similar).

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (or other relevant management systems) and quality principles.

Hands-on experience managing NCR / 8D / CAPA and structured problem-solving.

Understanding of document control and traceability best practices.

Experience performing internal audits (or strong readiness to grow into this).

Familiarity with LEAN tools and continuous improvement mindset.

Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.

Strategic, systems-thinking approach with risk identification and scenario analysis skills.

Languages: Lithuanian C1–C2, English C1.
