Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance operations in Poland, Estonia, and Ukraine
• Manage business processes, accounting, reporting, tax, compliance, and audits
• Build scalable financial processes and tools
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow across multiple entities
• Collaborate with U.S. finance team for alignment
• Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
• Integrate ERP/accounting/BI systems

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance leadership experience in Europe
• Strong experience in audits and compliance
• Startup mindset and ability to build from scratch
• Experience with multi-entity financial structures
• GAAP/IFRS alignment experience
• Fluent English and Polish (Ukrainian preferred)
• Miltech/defense/high-tech background (preferred)
