Its platform combines embedded drone operating software, distributed AI autonomy and a command-and-control interface for planning, simulating, monitoring and executing coordinated missions. The system is designed for contested environments, including GPS-denied and electronically jammed conditions, with encrypted video, over-the-air updates, fleet visibility, diagnostics and access controls.

Swarmer says its software has supported more than 100,000 real-world combat missions in Ukraine since operational deployment. The company works with drone manufacturers, defence system integrators and military end users, using battlefield feedback to iterate software capabilities quickly.

The company raised a $15 million Series A in September 2025 and went public on Nasdaq in March 2026 under the ticker SWMR. Its operations span the United States and Europe, with U.S. headquarters in Austin and engineering operations in Kyiv and Warsaw.
