Job Description
Swarmer develops AI-managed collaborative autonomy for coordinated robot teams. The company seeks a detail-oriented professional to enhance flight operations by collecting flight data, documenting issues, and providing field feedback.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in test flights and follow pre/post-flight standard operating procedures
-
Collect and synchronize flight logs, photos, videos, and related data
-
Identify system deviations and escalate abnormalities
-
Analyze UAV flight patterns and recommend improvements
-
Support pilots during field operations
-
Document issues and provide factual reports
Required Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with structured approach to fieldwork

Quick learner adaptable to new tools
-
Clear communicator focused on factual reporting
-
Organized data management skills
-
Data analysis aptitude
-
Upper-intermediate English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Category B driver's license
-
Multi-rotor drone experience
-
QA/QC, tech support, or field testing background
