Key Responsibilities
- Scale engineering team across multiple technical domains (50+ engineers)
- Set technical direction for autonomy and distributed systems
- Balance R&D and delivery: lead teams to ship features that work in real operations
- Build leadership layers and mentor team leads
- Implement engineering standards and architecture reviews
- Drive technical excellence in autonomy, networking, and large-scale systems
Required Qualifications
- 50+ engineer leadership experience
- Deep technical credibility in autonomy, networking, or large-scale systems
- Technical expertise in robotics, defense tech, aerospace, or distributed systems
- Strong leadership and team scaling capabilities
- Experience with real-time networking and multi-domain control software
- Systems architecture expertise
- English C1+, competency in Polish or Ukrainian preferred
