Key Responsibilities

• Scale engineering team across multiple technical domains (50+ engineers)
• Set technical direction for autonomy and distributed systems
• Balance R&D and delivery: lead teams to ship features that work in real operations
• Build leadership layers and mentor team leads
• Implement engineering standards and architecture reviews
• Drive technical excellence in autonomy, networking, and large-scale systems

Required Qualifications

• 50+ engineer leadership experience
• Deep technical credibility in autonomy, networking, or large-scale systems
• Technical expertise in robotics, defense tech, aerospace, or distributed systems
• Strong leadership and team scaling capabilities
• Experience with real-time networking and multi-domain control software
• Systems architecture expertise
• English C1+, competency in Polish or Ukrainian preferred
