Financial Controller - Medior

What will be your role?

You will support the finance department in financial controlling, analysis, and reporting for our growing defense technology company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing financial reports and analyses

• Monitoring project profitability and budgets

• Performing financial forecasting and variance analysis

• Supporting the financial audit process

• Managing financial data in ERP systems

• Collaborating with project managers on financial aspects

What are the requirements?

Professional Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in controlling, financial analysis, or accounting

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, or similar)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite

• Understanding of project finance and cost control

• Language skills: English (B1) and Slovak (C1)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

Base salary from 2,000 EUR / month.
