Defence Jobs in Slovakia

Aliter Technologies (defence IT systems and cybersecurity) accounts for the majority of positions, with InoBat (EV and drone battery technology) making up the rest. Operations roles represent about half of openings, with software, finance and compliance filling out the balance.

Both companies operate partly in English for technical roles, though Slovak language skills are generally expected. EU and EEA citizens can work without a permit. Non-EU nationals typically need an employer-sponsored single permit for employment. Slovakia's National Security Authority (NBU) handles security clearances for classified work.
