Job Description

What will be your responsibilities?

Your goal will be to ensure precise material flow, optimal inventory levels, and efficient support for production and procurement.

Logistics & Warehouse Administration

  • Responsibility for material receipt and accurate booking in the ERP system.

  • Administrative issuance of materials and transfers between warehouses/locations.

  • Performing cyclical and annual stocktakes (inventories).

  • Monitoring batches, serial numbers, and applying FIFO/LIFO methods.

Data Records & Management

  • Updating and managing master data (items, locations, suppliers).

  • Ensuring data integrity and consistency within the ERP system.

ERP Daily Operations

  • Booking material into stock (e.g., IFS / SAP).

  • Creating issuance slips for production and customers.

  • Managing reservations, delivery notes, and shipping.

  • Creating purchase orders and matching deliveries.

What should you meet?

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics, warehousing, or procurement.

  • ERP Systems: Experience with IFS, SAP, or a similar ERP system is required.

  • Languages: English – Intermediate (B1); Slovak – Advanced (C1).

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Office 365).

Salary from €2,100 gross/month.
