Production Installation Team Leader

What will be your tasks?

• Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating production and installation requirements

• Creating, managing, and continuously updating production and installation plans

• Organizing, coordinating, and operationally managing the production and installation team

• Close cooperation with project managers in planning, production, and project execution

• Participating in material procurement planning in line with project schedules

• Cost control and budget supervision

• Reporting on task completion status, production progress, and project activities

What should you meet?

• Field of Study: IT, telecommunications, electrical engineering, electronics, or related fields

• Years of experience: Minimum 3 years

• At least 2 years of experience coordinating people or managing a small team

• Language skills: English – Intermediate (B1); Slovak – Advanced (C1)

• Technical mindset and ability to solve operational challenges

Basic salary from 2600€ / month.
