SW Team Leader - SW Architect

What will be your role?

You will lead a team of software engineers and define the technical direction of our critical projects for NATO and defense sector clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a software development team

• Designing system architecture and technical solutions

• Ensuring code quality and best practices

• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders

• Evaluating technologies and making technical decisions

• Driving innovation and continuous improvement

What are the requirements?

Professional Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 5-7 years of software development experience

• At least 2-3 years in a leadership or architectural role

• Strong expertise in one or more programming languages

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture

• Knowledge of design patterns and software engineering principles

• Experience with modern development tools and practices

• Excellent communication and team management skills

Base salary from 3,000 EUR / month.
