The Role

The Procurement Specialist will manage the entire technical procurement lifecycle, including supplier identification, quote requests, and negotiations. You will coordinate delivery of materials and equipment for laboratory and R&D activities.

What You Will Do

• Manage the entire technical procurement lifecycle

• Identify suppliers and handle quote requests and negotiations

• Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment for laboratory and R&D activities

• Handle customs documentation and international transport

• Optimize delivery schedules

• Maintain supplier databases

• Collaborate with technical team to ensure purchased materials meet technical specifications

• Identify cost-reduction opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• 2-5 years in technical purchasing, logistics, or procurement within technology or R&D organizations

• Procurement processes and supplier management expertise

• Knowledge of customs regulations and international transport documentation

• Basic understanding of materials, electronic, mechanical, and laboratory components
