The Role

Build and lead the Technical Managers team in the UK market. Design and execute comprehensive training programs for Ajax products while serving as the company's technical authority in the region.

What You'll Do

• Build and expand a Technical Managers team in the UK market

• Design and execute comprehensive training programs for Ajax products

• Gather product feedback and insights from the market

• Present product roadmaps and innovations to distributors and installers

• Conduct customer visits to showcase solutions

• Provide technical instruction to partner staff

• Document new product features and create technical guides

• Assess customer requirements alongside sales teams

• Develop training content and materials

Requirements

• Required: Minimum 5+ years leading technical teams in customer-facing or partner environments

• Background in alarm systems, CCTV, security, telecommunications, or related sectors

• Strong working knowledge of CCTV systems, access control technologies and fire alarm systems

• Hands-on experience designing and installing security infrastructure

• Proven ability delivering technical training offline and online

• Strong communication and presentation capabilities

• Willingness to travel for business events and trade shows

• Self-directed and proactive work approach
