Job Description
Helsing seeks a People Operations Partner to support their mission of protecting democracies through defense AI. The role involves building scalable people infrastructure while managing day-to-day HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate employee records and optimize HR databases as the company grows
-
Support regional People Business Partners on compliance and strategy implementation
-
Address employee inquiries while identifying gaps in policies and procedures
-
Organize and drive employee engagement initiatives
-
Coordinate performance management and review processes
-
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
-
Lead people-related projects on onboarding, benefits, culture, and leadership development
Requirements:

Strong communication skills and comfort interacting across organizational levels
-
Genuine curiosity about people operations functions
-
Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
-
Proactive approach to problem-solving
-
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with hiBob HRIS software
-
Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish
