Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop & execute a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with company vision

Build and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)
-
Lead & grow a high-performing quality team
-
Design & refine QA processes for engineering, manufacturing & operations
-
Provide PA/QA support through all project phases
-
Maintain “ClearSpace Standards” requirements for institutional & commercial clients
-
Implement process improvements across the company
-
Maintain ISO9001, EN9100 certifications
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve risks and embed robust risk management
-
Ensure compliance with safety, reliability & regulatory standards
-
Represent the quality function internally & externally
Required Qualifications
-
Extensive QA experience in the space sector
-
Proven leadership in managing standards, processes & compliance
-
Strong knowledge of ISO9001, EN9100
-
Direct experience with spaceflight hardware design, manufacture & qualification
-
Expertise in QMS
-
Standards knowledge (ECSS)
-
Technical documentation experience
-
Supplier & risk management
-
Team leadership
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of RAMS, Radiation, EEE Parts, Materials & Processes
Education
- BSc or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related
