Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of space programs (concept to close-out)

• Manage contracts with institutional, government & commercial customers

• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and quality

• Collaborate with architects, leads, and engineers for mission success

• Manage financial planning, resourcing, and risk

• Supervise subcontractors & procurement

• Support proposals, bids, and negotiations

• Improve program execution processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years spacecraft industry experience (3+ leadership)

• Satellite mission lifecycle expertise

• Strong leadership & cross-functional team management

• LEO/MEO/GEO systems knowledge

• Strong organizational skills

• Stakeholder/client-facing experience (ESA, UKSA)

Education

• MSc in Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Physics, or related
