The Role

Lead mission-critical projects as a Senior Manager for the National Security team, combining strategic oversight with consulting delivery expertise for UK Government customers.

What You'll Do

• Direct delivery of multiple programs for the National Security community

• Build trusted relationships with government customers, data scientists, and security practitioners

• Develop proposals to expand the National Security portfolio

• Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation

• Mentor team members on critically important security initiatives

• Support broader senior management functions as needed

• Work on-site with government clients as required

Requirements

• Required: Proven national security experience from government, academia, or industry

• Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts and creative problem-solving applications

• Commercial consulting delivery model expertise

• Flexibility for broader senior manager responsibilities

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining structured approaches

• UK Security Clearance eligibility (5+ years continuous UK residency)

• Comfortable with potential weekly UK travel
