Its core offering is Faculty Frontier, a decision intelligence platform that models complex operational environments, simulates the impact of different strategies, and deploys optimised decisions into live workflows. The platform components include a Computational Twin, a Simulation Engine, the AI Decision Agent and a Developer Studio. The company also runs a Fellowship programme that has produced more than 425 alumni and is one of the most recognised applied AI talent pipelines in Europe.

Faculty has worked extensively with the UK public sector, including the Ministry of Defence, Dstl and NHS. During the Covid-19 pandemic its team built the NHS Early Warning System, one of the most visible AI applications in UK public health. It has partnered with Leonardo UK to develop AI applications for Cognitive Intelligent Sensing and Electronic Warfare, aimed at unmanned platforms and ISR systems.

In January 2026 Accenture announced it would acquire Faculty, completing the deal in March 2026. More than 400 Faculty staff joined Accenture, and co-founder and CEO Marc Warner became Accenture's Chief Technology Officer.
