Job Description
Coordinate a 4-person electronics engineering team and serve as the key communication point between CTO, manufacturing, and other technical teams. Requires 2-3 years of technical team management experience managing hardware/service engineers with strong people management skills (task delegation, prioritization, execution tracking, team development). You need technical background in electronics, hardware, or related engineering disciplines plus basic understanding of the development and testing lifecycle for electronic devices. Key responsibilities include direct CTO interaction on task setting and priorities, team coordination on development and testing, quality control and deadline compliance, process optimization and efficiency improvement, building technical expertise development programs, and cross-functional synchronization with other technical departments. You'll manage material procurement for team operations. Embedded systems, radioelectronics, military/defense tech experience, manufacturing/service/repair processes knowledge, team building/scaling experience, and R&D environment familiarity are valuable.
