Delivery Manager

Manage end-to-end client order coordination with 3+ years of Senior Project/Delivery Manager experience in R&D or manufacturing companies. You will drive order planning with Sales and Manufacturing teams, establish and control delivery execution plans, coordinate between production and R&D departments, manage resources and project risks, build transparent status tracking systems with clear deadlines and control points, identify and drive operational process improvements, and participate in strategic discussions with top management about product development and client cases. Key responsibilities include client management through delivery lifecycle, financial coordination (KP preparation), risk identification, and process optimization. You need strong negotiation and facilitation skills, ability to balance customer interests with technical constraints and realistic timelines, and experience with high-uncertainty, custom solutions. Background in defense tech, UAV, telecom, embedded systems, or experience with government/military customers is a plus.
